What Our Guests Say About
Their Stay

Our stay at the historical Averill house was everything and more that we had hoped for. Brownsville is like stepping back 100 years in time and we absolutely loved it! The Averill house has so much history and is exactly the comfy, warm, homey type of place that we enjoyed staying in for four nights. We can’t wait to come back! Five stars all the way! Thank you, Lauren and Paul. You were very hospitable hosts and I cannot say enough about your wonderful home!

Initial contact with Lauren & Paul was the start of a very enjoyable trip; the house was comfortable and historic in settings, nice outside seating and located as to allow for numerous day trips if one chooses. We highly recommend this house to everyone looking for a stay near Eugene.
